The Harris Residence included numerous special requests from the homeowner, including a 10" in-wall touchscreen, front door and driveway PTZ cameras, and a user friendly intercom system. The most unique request of the homeowner was to incorporate the home theater into the upstairs sitting area. The soon to be theater was a sitting room that led to the guest bedrooms and upstairs office, with traditional furnishings, large windows and french doors opening to a spacious deck overlooking Howe Creek. Incorporating a projector and 106" screen into this area posed real challenges! Working with the homeowners and interior designer, we hid the screen and projector in the exposed wooden beams in the ceiling, and designed a system that "disappears" into the room when not in use, and turns into an incredible Home Theater experience with a larger than life screen and spectacular sound quality when your ready to be entertained!
