Design
Our team is driven by a desire for excellence and your ultimate satisfaction. Engineering
Once a design is approved, the project advances to the engineering stage. With the aid of advanced software and drawings, we develop diagrams and detailed layouts for all key aspects of your system. We consider all the details, from room and seating arrangements to the selection of audio and video equipment, from energy saving systems to lighting and window treatments, as well as meeting all project and technical requirements. All this is shared with our technicians so they understand their roles and can work efficiently to complete your project on time and within budget.
Project Management
A clear, concise understanding between architects, interior designers, engineers, construction professionals, facility managers, and owners is key to completing a successful project. To be on the same page you have to be in the same book, or in the case of a construction project, the same model. That’s why we monitor each step to be sure they are executed with precision. From the first encounters, to process meetings, to being available on short notice, we act as your Electronics Project Manager through the entire process. We instruct, coordinate and monitor everything to be sure the job is done right the first time.
Programming
The interface to your system must be intuitive and easy-to-use. Whether on touch panels, iPads, or smartphones, we make sure your controls are simple and responsive for every member of your family. For example: we use large and colorful ‘buttons’ that are tested and configured for the easiest operation. Your system programming is performed in our facilities by our own trained staff, then tested and commissioned for long-term reliability and simplicity. We incorporate your needs in every step of the process to be sure your system is truly – yours.
Installation
There are several phases to installing a system in your home: a Rough-In stage where all wiring is installed and tested, a Trim stage where interfaces, keypads, speakers and brackets are installed, and a Final Installation stage where the components are mounted and tested. When the system is fully functioning, we review its operation with any members of your family so everyone is able to enjoy all of the benefits. In every step of system implementation, the Project Manager and our in-house crew work carefully and neatly, just as if they were building a system for their own home.
Support
From showing you how easy it is to use your system, to answering questions about system operation, we are here to assist for years to come. Support is just one aspect of the long term relationship we want with our clients. Our systems are extremely reliable due to our careful design and years of experience with products from many different manufacturers. If there’s an issue, many times our systems are intelligent enough to contact us for a remedy – that we often perform remotely, before you are even aware of the incident. We recognize how important it is that your system is always operating at peak performance. After years of development, we have created our exclusive monitoring program, which is a suite of solutions created to deliver a better experience for you.
